When you first start working out, lifting and intense exercise are usually pretty low on your list of favorite things to do.
Exercise does not come naturally for everyone – most of us have to find new ways to motivate us to keep exercising.
Exercise can be difficult and painful but, the more you do, the stronger you become physically and mentally.
So here are some ways to stay motivated when you start exercising:

Instead of doing the same workout at the gym 4 times a week, why not try to add new exercises and patterns that work out different muscle groups?

Sometimes you lack the motivation to work out. Having a friend with you means you have someone hold you accountable for showing up, even if you don’t feel like it.

Sports and classes are a great way to exercise without feeling like you are “working out” – Try and find a club near your area that trains once or twice a week.

Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and release endorphins that can make you feel great all day.
Wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable can boost your confidence when you work out.

When you start working out, it can be a bit of information overload. Fitness coaches and personal trainers are there to help you find the best workout routine that fits into your lifestyle.
