Fitness Center

Our fitness center is the one place where fitness freaks, athletes, or any ordinary person can come together to socialize, have fun, and improve their health through sports, exercise, and other physical activities. 

Our fitness center offers both group and individual activities. Some organized, group instructional programs at our center include yoga, spinning classes, martial arts, and impromptu and organized team sports like tennis. We also offer fitness opportunities like swimming and weight training that can be self-guided or conducted under a trainer’s supervision. 

We also have a sports spectator seating, sauna, and juice bar to support your physical fitness goals and encourage social interaction.

Being health nuts ourselves, we want to help all our clients achieve their aspired health goals while having fun so they can lead a long, healthy, and happy life.
