“I reached out to Brent after letting myself go from having started a new job. I didn’t realize how it was affecting me and my diet, and the long hours was causing me to indulge in take out and frozen junk food once I got home. Although I could feel myself gaining weight, I was afraid to step on the scale to face reality. My self-esteem was getting worse and although I attempted a few different programs to lose weight, nothing seemed to work.
